Not every bride and groom enjoy the limelight, and this was more than true of Kristen and Troy. But, like all of their family and friends, they love a good party, and what they wanted most on their wedding day was for everyone to have a great time. From the time they were both getting ready at the Ritz Carlton, through all of their wedding party photographs at Forest Park and then their family portraits out the Carriage House at Fox Run, the mood was completely relaxed and everyone, including the photographers, was having fun.
The weather was perfect for their outdoor ceremony at Andres at Fox Run Carriage House. Kristen is as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside, and she looked gorgeous in her gown from Clarice’s Bridal. As she walked down the aisle, it was obvious watching Troy that he felt like the luckiest man alive. He was so overwhelmed by his good fortune that at the end of the ceremony he just threw his hands up in gratitude. What a fine husband he will be!
The gorgeous pink and white bouquets by Les Bouquets at the reception that followed made a wonderful backdrop for the heartfelt toasts by Kristin and Troy’s family and wedding party. And all the dancing followed was awesome: at times crazy, sweet, rambunctious, hilarious and just lots of fun.
The awesome photos of the starlit sky and moon reflecting in the lake behind the Carriage House were a testament to the powers of Canon’s newest camera, the 5D Mark IV, whose high ISO’s allow photographers to shoot in very low light situations.
Congratulations Kristin and Troy and may all your days be as filled with joy as your wedding day!
