Kate and Trace were married on an exquisite September day here in St. Louis, surrounded by their families and fun-loving friends. This was truly one of the sweetest couples of the year-- both of them were genuinely selfless, filled with joy, and madly in love. The bride was the definition of a lady, as kind and polite as she could possibly be, and the groom was the quintessential nice guy. When Kate went on her first date with Trace, there was no doubt in her mind that he was one of the nicest guys she had ever met. She also mentioned that the whole time she dated Trace, she always felt that they were having more fun than anyone else.
The wedding day was perfect thanks to the their tireless wedding planner, Mary Fox whose calm attention to detail made the whole day go smoothly. The day began at Breeze Out (www.breezeblowdrybar.com) where Kate and her bridesmaids had their hair and makeup done. I want to give a shout-out to her bridesmaids who really did try to be as helpful as possible all day long, including keeping the dance floor packed all night long. Bloomin Buckets (www.bloominbuckets.com) created the beautiful floral arrangements at the Church of the Annunziata and at The Saint Louis Club where the reception was held. Finally, a big thank you to Arvell and Company for keeping the party a rollicking good time.
This was a wedding that would be hard to home from and not feel happy. It is clear that Kate and Trace have found true love, so much so that seeing them smile takes you away from the worries of the world. I hope that someday my children will find love like that, and live the fairytale like these two. Anyone can tell they will have a happy marriage, make a wonderful family, and leave the world a better place.
Best Wishes to this lovely couple!
